Offered for your consideration is a vintage Vifa of Denmark # DT19D-5 19mm dome tweeter that was original equipment in my MISSION 700S speakers, manufactured in England, 1983.This Vifa high-frequency driver is correct for most, if not all, early variants of the Mission 700, in addition to the Model 707, and possibly others. Plus, the DT19D was used in many different brands of speakers, European, and even some domestic, in the 1980’s. More importantly, its been fully tested and sounds terrific—strong, with clear high frequency output to a sparkly 20kHz rating. This tweeter was also used in many other brands’ speakers in the 1990’s and early 2000’s, but the buyer is responsible for accurately assessing its suitability for any other applications. So, please take a look at my large photos, measurements, and read the remaining description to decide if this exceptional Vifa tweeter should be yours. This Vifa tweeter is in clean, excellent condition. The poly dome is flawless with no dimples or marks. Plus, the faceplate has no scratches or cracks and the magnet structure shield cap also looks great.
