There is a bit of plastic missing on the one corner and top has a small dip in the front center.The unit was working fine but now for some reason only turns on for a few seconds then shuts off. I held the tone and info buttons and powered it on which bypasses the protection and shows the error and it still only turns on and shuts off. In order to close it, you will need to open it the rest of the way by hand and then you can press the close button. Or you can just press the disc tray shut by hand. Other than that everything works as it should.
