As with all AV surround sound receivers some basic knowledge on setup and how surround sound works is important. Unit has an extensive setup menu and proper setup / adjustments are essential in order to have this unit perform to your specific requirements. I would recommend locating the owners manual online and downloading a copy for your reference. Im not able to assist with any guidance or help in setup.
