Classic British amplifier in very nice condition. Serviced last year and sounding great. A later model with the more useful RCA turntable inputs. I have included a couple of DIN to RCA interconnects to get you started with other sources. One of my favourite amplifiers, a clear cut above many cult budget favourites of the era. I have had this in my second system for a couple of years, but have recently gone for active speakers to save space, so it is no longer needed. Some small marks on the case, but nothing you’d notice from a few feet away. Please see pictures. Sold as collection only because I have no packaging. A&R Cambridge A60 integrated stereo amp with wooden surround. ARCAMA classic vintage amp dated 1971 internally .These amps are still considered to be excellent and could form the basis of a great system . This is a Din version .phono versions came later Cosmetically the amp is reasonable with, some scratches on the front face and wear on the knobs . This was one of only a few originally finished in black , may were resprayed by owners ,including myself when black was the trend in the late seventies . I have given this one a couple of coats of matt black spray as the finish was quite worn .Definitely not a professional finish but presentable . I have also inspected the amp interlay ,no sign of leaking capacitors .All controls have been cleaned with switch cleaner and are noise free .The amp has been bench tested fir several hours , As with all amplifies of this age I would recommend a thorough service is undertaken with capacitors replaced to ensure future reliability .
