We kindly suggest that you request a tracking number from the carrier when performing a return, so that you may trace the path of the package until we receive it in our distribution center. Returned to sender items that were refused, undeliverable or marked as unclaimed will be refunded once the package arrives back at our distribution center. Please allow us 24-48 hours to process return items and perform the refund to your payment method. Cancelations Cancelations CANCELING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER In order to meet our challenging goals on delivery time we have an automatic system that starts the handling process of our orders as soon as they are placed. Once the handling process is completed, you will be receiving an e-mail with the tracking information.
