Please note the listing is for one genuine B&W speaker rear bass hole bung. This is not a pair of bungs! The bung has two parts. The outer part diameter is 55mm and length is 45mm. The inner part diameter is 30mm with the same length. The bung is brand new. The bung will change the sound of a speaker. Bunged it will sound faster as it makes the drivers push harder. It will be packed carefully for safe travel to anywhere in the world.

Grilles are missing. Multiple dents in the drivers that do not affect the sound - look at images. I have enjoyed these a lot in my art studios for about 3 years: I am not the first owner. The grilles were lost 2 years ago when my wife and I changed our workspace. The dents are from this move. The sound is perfect and if you want to audition them before buying - this can easily be arranged. There are two plinths I made from plywood (about 20 inches tall) - partially visible in the first picture.The are essentially cubes on castors I made so I can easily roll the speakers around. B&W / Bowers&Wilkins / B+W 683 Zum Verkauf steht ein Paar Lautsprecher Modell 683 der Marke B&W / Bowers&Wilkins in „light Oak (helle Eiche)“. Ich habe dieses Paar 2013 aus einem Nachlass übernommen, lt. Nachlassverwalter waren die LS bei Übernahme ca. ein Jahr alt, Rechnung, Owners Card o.ä. lagen leider nicht vor. Ebenso fehlten die - mMn. überflüssigen/hässlichen - Bodenplatten, ich habe sie nicht vermisst, da die LS bei mir mit den mitgelieferten Spikes / Schraubfüßen auf Granitplatten standen. Sie liefen bis vor kurzem im Bi-Wiring mit T+A Speaker Quad Kabeln an einer hochwertigen Kette aus Marantz PM KI Pearl lite, Marantz SA KI Pearl lite, Marantz NA8005 und wurden nur in moderaten Lautstärken betrieben. Den Zustand gebe ich mit sehr gut an, es sind keine Kratzer, Löcher, „Staubsaugernarben“ o.ä. vorhanden, die Abdeckungen sind wie die einzelnen Membranen ebenfalls makellos, ebenso die Bi-Wiring-Terminals (s. Originalbilder). Zum Klang schreibe ich bewusst keine Lobeshymnen, da das Hörerlebnis immer subjektiv ist, aber wer B&W kennt und diese LS sucht, weiß genau warum und was er/sie erhält. Meine Ohren haben sie lange Zeit absolut zufrieden gestellt. Der Verkauf erfolgt nur, weil ich zeitnah auf die 700er-S2-Serie (703 S2 oder 704 S2) upgraden werde. Ein Versand ist nicht möglich, da die OVP nicht mehr vorhanden ist, allerdings habe ich die originalen Styropordeckel und Schutzfolien verwahrt, so dass die LS bei Abholung gut und sicher verpackt werden können.
