The Beovox CX50 was produced between 1984 and 2003 as the smallest passive speakers from B&O. They have a sturdy aluminium case which is painted in white on this particular model. The foam surrounds of the woofers on this model often perish with age and I have therefore replaced these with a high quality foam for peace of mind and many more years of service. As these units are somewhere between 20 and 39 years old they still look good but have a few very small age related marks to the paintwork which could easily be touched up if required. I do not have the genuine B&O speaker cables but if required I will make a close equivalent up - typically 4 mtrs in length - but this can be altered to suit your lay-out. I prefer the units to be collected so that I can show them working alternatively I can also send them with a courier. If you require any more information do not hesitate to contact me.

A fantastic pair of Bang & Olufsen Beovox CX50 Type 6344 Stereo loudspeakers professionally wrapped in Matt White Vinyl Wrap.The foam surrounds have been replaced and they are in perfect working order and provide a great sound. The front dust covers have been replaced with brand new acoustic speaker fabric. If you fancy changing the colour of the front acoustic dust covers then look at the photos and choose another colour. These speakers have been fitted with brand new Capacitors for the crossover filters. They are new, factory fresh high quality components for the electrolyte capacitors in the crossover filters. These Capacitors were chosen specifically to provide a sound reproduction as close to that of the original speakers as possible. The capacitors are correct type and spec and are 100V/105degC types for long life and excellent performance. The speakers have been refurbished to the highest standards and should give at least another thirty years of pleasure. These speakers were originally White but over the years the cabinets became scratched and scuffed. They now have been given a new lease of life and look stunning. Beovox CX50 and Beovox CX100 loudspeakers were the smallest loudspeakers from Bang & Olufsen up to the time that the manufacture of passive speakers ceased in 2002. They were mostly used to place within a passive Beolink® system (MCL), although they could also be used as main speakers. Thanks to different colour combinations they blended well into most people's décor. Beovox CX100 finally ceased production in September 2003 - the last of a long and successful line of passive speakers. Bang & Olufsen BeoVox CX50 Speakers- Brushed Aluminium- Black DD. Its used with the front cases of the bass speakers torn all around. It still works with the tweeters in perfect condition. The bass speakers also still work perfectly at a lower volume. Some age related marks and dust here and there that need a little cleaning. Local collection is welcome but will post though.
