The issue is that when it is first plugged in, it stalls in stand-by mode. I hit the open button a few times and it seems to trigger the system to boot. Once the standby mode is enabled and the unit isnt unplugged, the player seems to respond well when the open tray or play button is selected. Because of this and Im unable that you will receive the same results, Im selling it as-is for parts/repair. Overall, the case is in very good condition with minor wear (fine scratches, discoloration). This sale does NOT come with a remote. Please review all pictures before purchasing.
