Denon PMA-250SE Amplifier, and Eltax Concept 200 Speakers. I have had this amplifier for about twenty years. I think I bought it at Richer Sounds when I first moved to London. It breaks my heart to have to sell it, but I just dont have the space for it, and since having a baby I cant really use it in my flat anyway. I am including a pair of floorstanding speakers in the listing, I want to sell the amplifier and speakers together, COLLECTION ONLY from my flat in Harringay Ladder N4, evenings or weekend. Ive used this setup for small house parties, its very good if you have a DJ controller because theres no latency, theres no digital processing or any nonsense, its just an old school amplifier. Ive also used this setup for watching movies, although it feels a bit old fashioned because theres no remote control or HDMI etc.. You can see in the photos theres some small cosmetic damage to the speaker cabinets (a couple of dents) but the speakers themselves are in good condition, Ive always enjoyed their sound. The amplifier and speakers together are sufficiently loud to annoy your neighbours. Ill give it a proper test before completing any sale but as far as I know its all in good working order. Obviously the champagne in the photo is not included, its just for scale.

Up for auction is a nice Denon PMA-250SE precision audio integrated amplifier together with a matching pair of Denon SC-M5K bookshelf speakers. The amplifier is rated 2 x 30W into 8 ohms and it is the subject of excellent audiophile reviews on the Interweb. The speakers were actually designed and built for Denon by Mission in the 1990s. They are rated to a maximum of 75W and are 8 ohms impedance, so a great match for the amplifier. Everything is working perfectly and the system actually sounds really good. The gear has actually received very little use and spent its life in a home studio. The amplifier is in mint cosmetic condition. One of the speakers has a small bit of damage on the back of the wood, but otherwise they look nice. I have shown the damage in one of the photos. The amplifiers built-in mains lead is short and has an IEC connector fitted on it as that is what I use in my studio. Therefore, the auction includes a good quality IEC cable so you can plug the amplifier straight into a standard mains socket. Finally, there is a pair of 5m long OFC speaker cables so you can get everything connected and working straight away. Please note that the blanket UK Mainland carriage quoted by eBay does NOT include Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands - if you live in one of these areas, you MUST check the carriage cost with me before bidding. I have recently upgraded my turntable and speakers and as a result I am selling my trusted set up for the last 10+ years. This is getting sold as a job lot so I am not going to split, or sell items separately. This is for collection only and I am based in Greenwich London. Parking is free and loads of space outside. Access to the lift very close for ease too.I just wanted a great set up to play my vinyl and this is truly fantastic in regards to sound quality. The speakers are also ideal for my home recording as theyre great studio speakers. I wont be accepting returns/refunds. But happy to answer any questions, but please bare in mind I am not very techy. None the less I can try to answer. When turned on I can tap the needle and hear it coming through the speakers. But the belt is not turning. I am not clued up on such things, but as a guess it might need a new motor.
