Select the free Local Pickup option at checkout, complete your purchase and wait at least two hours for us to prepare your order. You will receive a message with instructions once your order is ready for pickup. Our current pickup hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 4:30PM, and Saturdays 11am-3pm excluding holidays. Product Return Policy As an R2 2013 compliant recycler, we strive to ensure that your product is as described, as part of our certification process we test and inventory each item with the exception of some vintage items please read our item descriptions. If your item does not meet with its description, and/or the product is non-functional (unless described as non-functional, or R2/Ready for Repair Or for parts or repair) and/or is not as described, please contact us via eBay, so that we can initiate our return plan. We do not initiate or accept returns past 30 calendar days of item receipt. We do not offer partial refunds, we instead will request the product back, once received, and matched to our inventory and records, we will provide a full refund. We are not able to offer exchanges.
