I really wish I had another room for them; they are simply stunning~ I set this pair up with my old friend Bill Gibson (owner of House of Stereo) for a dear friend of ours, along with Innersounds matching iPower 330 Stereo Amplifier and 600/watt Electronic Cross-Over/Amplifier... what an amazing setup!As a long time dealer and fan of Gayle Sanders Martin-Logan, I was really curious to see (and hear) what Roger Sanders (no relation) had come up with as a giant leap forward from his Eros MKIII. Needless to say, the Kaya Reference did not disappoint...The open, transparent way that any great electrostatic speaker can hold court is pretty indescribable~ Rather than going on and on here, please take 20 minutes and read Paul Bolins wonderful review in the December 2004 issue of Stereophile. Paul and John Atkinson had already experienced them at Home Entertainment in New York earlier that year. There isnt anything I can add to that review, except to say that this pair is in perfect condition and enjoyed in the same space and never moved since Bill and I set them up.The amplifiers show no signs of any issues and are also in perfect condition exactly where we set them up... This system is the best example Ive ever seen~ Although the original shipping cartons for the system are long gone, I have several great sources for custom packing materials and with a good deal of time and care, I can box them safely to travel anywhere in the world.
