SERVICED*: At the time of listing all buttons, switches and sockets have been serviced with contact cleaner to ensure smooth and accurate operation. The CD Laser lens has been cleaned. The unit has been fully function tested and is working perfectly. See pictures for the best description of item and cosmetic condition. Please note there are some scratches, scuffs and marks but nothing major. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS COSMETIC DAMAGE TO THE FRONT PANEL AT THE RIGHT SIDE, LOOKS LIKE A PIECE OF PLASTIC TRIM IS MISSING. THIS PIECE HELPS TO HOLD THE PLASTIC TRIM IN FRONT OF THE METAL FRONT PANEL IN PLACE. AS IT IS MISSING THE PLASTIC FRONT PANEL TRIM SITS SLIGHTLY PROUD FROM THE TOP. JVC XL-E300 HiFi Compact Disk CD Player Condition: Used, fair condition. Tested for functionality and performs great. The digital laser works perfectly and allows for high quality sound. Several minor imperfections, and the paint on the top side of the speaker has a somewhat smudged effect. Plastic housing slightly loose on one corner but this doesnt impact use.

Vintage JVC XL-E300BK Compact Disc Player 3-Beam Laser Pickup for Sale I like to fix these old players: the solution can be so simple... It had a non-working tray, so a belt change solved the problem. Powers up without problem, tested for 12 hours with different original and written discs. (Didnt read 2 of my CDs for the first try but after opening/closing the tray it played themwithout problem. Both CDs had some scratches) Its a real retro feeling to own one. Pros:- Clean inside: done it while changing the tray belt. The optical laser pickup was cleaned as well.- Still has a nice sound Cons:- Some scratches on top and on both sides, but come on! It was made around the very end of the 80s! Of course it was used. Please see photos.- Symbols on Play and Auto Search (FW) buttons a bit aged but still recognisable.- No remote.- Power cable is a bit short. There is an extra connector on the back panel, the screw hole was converted into it. I bought it like this and I haveno idea what is it for. Never tried, only connected to a JVC Amp and tested through that. Please see photos. As I had some negative experience before, I put some security marks inside and logged them.(no scratches or any damages were done to the unit) After payment it will be bubble wrapped and boxed to avoid any damage.
