2 x Vintage Castle Acoustic Limited Floor Speakers Model Kendal II - PLEASE READ Sold as seen, this pair of speakers (matching L & R, Serial number 9257) have had the woofers changed (original failed?) to ALTAI 850M 8 8 Ohm speakers, not sure about the tweeters. Both speakers work, grilles are missing and the wooden cases need some work to get the finish back to how it would have been. Either to be used as spares or as a project to renovate. Vintage CASTLE Kendal II Speakers.This item is sold complete with a custom aftermarket foam grill.Matching serials and 35+ years young Item condition and specifics? Nearly all of my items are used items so do have some marks and scuffs and in general have signs of usage.What I class as good you may class as poor so Ive taken several photos of the item from all angles pretty much with flash on and off to highlight signs of usage.Pictures form a major part of the description so please take the time to view all 24 and zoom in and you can judge for yourself (if unsure or need clarification please email me)Ive tried to picture it in the worst possible way to avoid issues later and with most items a good clean will make them look much better.My camera flash and light/angles give the opposite of the beer goggles effect but my objective is for you too see it at its absolute worst so once you get it your happy.To the naked eye viewing it and in daily use doesnt look as bad as what is pictured and bare in mind Im looking at it from all angles and close up (you in all likeliness wont be doing this)If its something substantial/heavy/hard to see it will be noted below.90% of items are in a GOOD USED CONDITION however please view pictures and judge for yourself. Kendal Castle Floor Standing Speakers. I bought these at auction, I am no audiophile, but these speakers work beautifully, I am selling them as I bought a pair of Wharedales from a friend. They can be set for bi-wire, but currently have the contact to wire up singly. There are signs of wear to the foam. The wood is in good overall condition, no dings, there is some light marking to the tops. I am listing it as a collection only. However, if you want to arrange a courier that is fine by me.
