Lenco B55 Ein Plattenspieler von Lenco, der 1969 auf den Markt kam. Das Gerät hat die Seriennummer 00420 und damit müsste das Gerät aus dem Jahr 1970 stammen. Als ich das Gerät bekam. War die Zarge sehr unansehnlich. Die Haube war nicht dabei, bei dem Tonarm war das Tonarmrohr gebrochen und die V-Blöcke nicht mehr ganz frisch. Die Tonarmnadel war auch nicht dabei. Ein gleichmäßige Drehzahl war nicht möglich. Restauration: - Zarge neu gebaut DIY. Sie besteht aus Buche Vollholz (Leimholz). Ist 40mm dick, verleimt, geschliffen und anschließend mehrfach geölt. Der Boden ist aus Sperrholz und ist beidseitig mit Filz zur Dämmung verklebt, Siehe Bilder. - Das Chassis wurde total zerlegt und alles gesäubert (Nichts ist nachlackiert). - Der Motor wurde zerlegt, gesäubert, neu gefettet und zusammengebaut, Danach hat er einen 1stündigen Testlauf gemacht, keine großartige Erwärmung, Weiterhin im zusammengebauten Zustand mehrerer LP´s abgespielt. - Das Tellerlager würde ebenfalls zerlegt, gesäubert und zusammengebaut. Der alte Lagerspiegel und die alte Lagerkugel wurden durch neue ersetzt. - Das Reibrad ist gesäubert worden und die Lager geölt. Die Gummis wurden mit Pflegemittel behandelt - Alle Komponenten der drehenden Antriebsteile wurden mehrmals entfettet. - Das Tonarmrohr wurde durch ein gebrauchtes, gut erhaltenes Tonarmrohr von einem L75 Tonarm ersetzt. Dabei wurden die V-Blöcke durch neue ersetzt. - Das Headshell wurde gegen ein gebrauchtes, gut erhaltenes Headshell ersetzt. - Der Tonabnehmer wurde durch ein ADC 220X System ersetzt. Dieses hat eine Nadel, die noch funktioniert, aber in folgender Zeit ersetzt werden sollte Die Haube fehlt, Ich kann aber eine Günstige Haube (Abnehmbar, nur Staubschutz) von SORA empfehlen. Die schneiden die Teile für die Hauben in der Größe die man angibt. Es wird so ca. 50-55 Euro kosten. Lenco B55 Special Turntable built in Switzerland. We acqired this unit from the original owner who purchased it new. The year stamped on the bottom of the base is 1973. Tested and working this turntable sounds amazing in all respects. It comes with a Shure RXT-4 cartridge and stylus. The only flaws I could find on this turntable are the RCA plugs are a little sensitive to movement when plugged into an amplifier or receiver. They work fine once they are seated correctly with the ground wire. Also, the dust cover has some brush marks, scratches, and other marks. Most can probably be buffed out with a polish if so desired. There are No cracks or chips in the cover. Cosmetically the turntable is excellent with some of the letter O in the word on wearing thin. Dust cover has a different way of clicking on to the base than most I have seen. I believe this to be a rare turntable. I searched for an hour on the web before I came across this model. We will separate the dust cover from the unit when shipping. The platter is held on by a spring, so we wont remove that. Multiple layers of tightly wrapped bubble wrap with industrial tape will hold this unit together for safe shipping. Please view the auction photos. What you see is Exactly what you get.
