Das Display leuchtet deutlich, nicht mehr ganz so hell wie im Neuzustand, jedoch ausreichend hell = normaler Verschleiß Frontblende zerlegt, auch Tasten gereinigt sowie Gehäuse innen und außen gereinigt.(Beim Anbau der Front ist unten rechts ein Kunststoffteil gerissen, siehe Foto) Auch die Kontaktflächen der Ausgänge sind mit Alkohol gereinigt. Ausgänge: Cinch-Analog, Digital-Out Coaxial, Kopfhörerausgang Original-CDs werden problemlos abgespielt. Marantz cd65 II player remote control This was working the last time I used it. But then the cd player it worked with (a Marantz cd65 II),stopped working and I went out and bought a different cd player. Its in good condition with only a few minor marks etc,see photos. Im selling for spares or repairs as I noticed that theres a bit of green residue on one of the battery contacts. Might be easy to clean up, who knows. Marantz CD Player CD65 Mark II Special Edition This CD player was part of my brothers vintage hifi kit from the late 1980s. He’s recently passed it on to me but I am not a big music/hifi enthusiast so rather than it be boxed away in a cupboard I thought it best to offer it out to those of you who’ll recognise its quality and will get pleasure from using it for years to come. From a review I read it was manufactured around 1988 when the Philips-based Marantz brand name was known for producing excellent quality CD players in that continuously evolving heyday for the CD. The review states this particular model retailed for £249.95 in the UK, a tidy sum that my brother must have saved up for back in the day. Probably around £750 at today’s prices. The player hasn’t had much use in recent years but it’s been well looked after and still in great condition and working order. I set it up recently with a powerful amplifier and large speakers and even to my uneducated ears the sound was crisp and not distorted even when I cranked up the volume. It comes with the original remote and the user manual. There’s also a power lead that might not be the original but the plug does have the recommended 3amp fuse. I’m no electrician so please do your own checks. Happy to parcel up or for you to collect if you live local. Good luck bidding. Thanks.
