Marantz SM-80 Power Amplifier 200 Watts, Endstufe, Parts Or Repair!. See pictures for the exact cosmetic condition of the amplifier. It turns on but there is no relay click. I have checked the transistors and none seem to be shorted. There is some rust inside of one of the bias pot meters. (See pictures). I didnt do any repair attempts to this amplifier aside from spraying the bias pot with some contact spray which sadly didnt work. Please review the pictures of the insides in order to draw your own conclusion. The cover has some dents. Please note that I have two sm-80 power amplifiers which appear to have the same fault. So be mindful of this when deciding whether to purchase this unit or not.
