Attic find 25 reels in total five reels do not have tape on(4 x 14.5 cms and 1x 12.5cms) There are 13x 14.5 cms reels with tape on. 3 are international electronics magnetic recording tapes 3 are Pure tone magnetic recording tapes 7 are uncased 7 x 12.5cms tapes 2 are international electronics magnetic recording tapes One is a playrite + 4 others these tapes have been recorded on there are some labels but I cant make out what they stand for but mainly recorded in 1972 there is one tape which has a label on which says Beatles Story Part 1. but these havent been tested as I have nothing to test them on so can only go by what I have found. Set of 3 vintage 3 15 minute magnetic tape reels. Used as message tapes and intended to be contain a recorded message and be posted to the recipient. 3 different brands - the most well known is the Scotch One Five Special, Zonatape and one other. All have been used and the boxes are pretty scruffy, but an interesting piece of recording technology history. Untested Im afraid so I have no idea of the quality or state of the tape.

Rare triple play tape in the original black and orange box. Tape good condition, suitable for erasing and recording. No leader on either end of the reel, no damage to tape on a full spool to spool wind, no splices detected, and test playback was very positive. I will be selling many hundreds of these reels over the coming year, but listed individually, as I finish transferring the audio content to digital, tape by tape, for a customer using my audio recovery services.
