For sale are UU7 full wave HT rectifier valve / vacuum tube by Mazda, new old stock in original box and recently fully tested on my Mullard High Speed valve tester at 100% of nominal new emission on each section. The UU7 is a 4 volt heater double rectifier valve on a Mazda Octal base. This is NOT THE SAME as the more common standard international octal base, so you will probably only want to buy this valve for replacement purposes unless you have the correct base available. The UU7 is capable of operating up to 350 volts and can supply a decent HT current of 180mA - sufficient for most items of domestic equipment such as a table top radio set. The UU7 was first introduced in 1938 and became a popular design for particularly Murphy radio sets that used the Mazda valve range. Recently fully tested on my Mullard High Speed Valve Tester and showing zero faults and 100% of nominal new emission on both sections.
