Edinburgh Wireless Company/ Nytech CTA252 Stereo Tuner 1970s. In good condition and good working order. Designed by the original Nyronics Company in the 70s for Edinburgh Wireless and is basically the tuner board from an original Nytech CTA252 in its own box with power supply and tuning presents on the rear. Sound quality is as good as the original CTA tuner. I have jury rigged a rough aerial and it works. Some the presets are tuned to existing radio stations. There are some marks to the case and the item has been PAT tested. Dimensions are approximately 400mm wide by 300mm deep and 90mm high. Please view pictures to assess condition for yourself as they form description. Will be sent well packaged.

You will need two adhesive rubber grommets to fix this to unit that the holes will fit over. This is pretty much how they were fitted by the dealer. These very rarely come up and would be a great addition to what is becoming collectible brand. Will be packed carefully for postage.

This interconnect can be connected either way.This cable is not suitable to connect a DIN record out from an amplifier to a DIN record in on a tape recorder.This cable can also be used, though, to connect two 5 pin DIN equipped tape recorders. The black, flexible, 4.5mm diameter cable has a PVC jacket and four cores of oxygen free copper (OFC) individually screened with oxygen free copper to reduce crosstalk. The robust nickel plated professional Deltron DIN plugs are fully screened with brass, silver plated, contact pins. Tidy up your equipment rack with custom lengths and replace tired cables. All cables hand assembled and tested prior to dispatch. This listing is for a Very Rare NYtech Audio CA202 - Working with Manual. The unit has been PAT and function tested and appears to be working as expected but could do with a service.Cosmetcially there are very few marks however there is wear on the writing due to age and use. Power output: 25 watts per channel into 8? (stereo) Frequency response: 20Hz to 20kHz Total harmonic distortion: 0.05% Input sensitivity: 3mV (MM), 100mV (line) Signal to noise ratio: 63dB (MM) From the front the CA202 looks identical to the CA252 but the rear panel has no preamp out / poweramp in “link” socket. There is also no MC option with the CA202 as part of the cost saving was to combine the power supply and phono stage PCBs into a single PCB with no MC option.
