When I connect to power the unit powers on. The red LED indicator on the power button turns on. I am selling for parts because I have not fully tested it. I performed a POWER TEST. Panel is missing 3 screws, only has one. Disclaimer: This item was dropped off to our Electronic Waste Recycling Center. We don't know what it was exposed to before it got to us.
