I used this for a month plus with no issues. If he had a remote for this I am unable to find at this time but if I do find I will pass it along. Hows it sound? Using a Panasonic CD player and Canton speakers, and a variety of CDs and DVDs all I can say is WOW! This is a powerful receiver, built like a tank and heavy, mostly on the side where the amp is. Hopefully youll be WOWED, too! The FM sounds very nice, also.
