This turntable works great, however, IT IS MISSING TYE CARTRIDGE, DUST COVER, HINGES AND THE STABILIZER FOOT. It can be used as is by adding the missing parts or just for PARTS! It has some engravings on the top. If you decide to use it, you need to install foot because it doesn’t stay stable without the foot. Please check the pics, you get exactly what you see. Thank you

Great looking and sounding Sansui FR-D3 retro turntable - in black, which was a rare colour for the day. Sounds great, easy to use. Auto return and shut-off! In terrific condition for age. All features work. Lid very good (see photos), some oxidisation to front escutcheon. Black finish very very good. Includes fresh print of original instructions. Cartridge is original, with a more recent stylus fitted at some stage. Read on... Emphasis on extremely accurate platter speed and long-life reliability is a Sansui hallmark. Sansui uses much the same high-technology drive designs in all models, whatever the price. In the case of the FR-D3 with automatic return/shut off the drive is direct, offering a phenomenally low wow/flutter of only 0.028% wrms and a very high signal-to-noise ratio of 72dB. For convenience, weve gone beyond the basics to create a tonearm return system that causes absolutely no drag on the tonearm during play. For good looks, the Sansui designers have retained the slim profile and uncluttered lines youll find in turntables costing much, much more.
