Vintage Sanyo Betacord Betamax Video Recorder VTC9300PN. (1 owner only)Description:This vintage Betamax recorder has been owned within the Bentley Walker family since new. It has now come up for sale for spares or repair, as we do not have a Betamax tape to test it. On powering up everything lights up OK and it may still work.The 9300 was the 2nd Betamax VCR from Sanyo to be introduced into the UK. (The 9100 was the 1st in 1977). It is one of the so called piano key early models. It was a very advanced VCR in its day.It has a tape counter displayed on the LCD. You are able to switch the display between the clock and the counter by pressing a button. The unit also came with a one button wired remote. This could be used to pause playback and recording. It also had a one event timer. Sanyo VTC 9300 P Betacord. Defekt! Alter Beta Video Recorder. Habs am Strom angeschlossen und Lichter Brennen, Kassettenfach lässt sich öffnen und Band läuft. Mehr konnte ich aus Unkenntnis und fehlenden Möglichkeiten nicht testen. An Gerät scheint einiges verändert. Gehe trotzdem davon aus das es defekt ist und repariert werden muss. Deswegen biete ichs an Bastler und für Ersatzteile an. Achtung! Als Laie kenne ich mich mit Technik, Elektronik und Funktion nicht aus. Daher kann ich Funktion und Zustand nur oberflächlich beurteilen. Bei Kauf eines elektronischen sowie technischen Gerätes gilt, keinerlei Garantie und Gewährleistungen meinerseits u.a. Sanyo Betacord VTC 9300 Beta PAL Betamax VCR VTR Video Cassette Tape Recorder This item has come from both my late parents property as we are clearing their estate as we have recently lost them within a few months of each other. As can be understood this is a hard time for us and we would like an as hassle free sale as possible so this is listed as for parts or not working and for no returns accepted on this item. Please see the video attached (I found an old tape with family movies on which i wont include for sentimental reasons) and it appears to playback albeit I have nothing capable of displaying the image etc) It doesnt seem to like rewinding so I would strongly suggest service etc in any case but good to show that it as least trying to do something and not completely dead etc. Has been stored in the downstairs cupboard at my parents since late 80s and is in pretty good condition for age etc. SOLD STRICTLY AS SPARES OR REPAIR. It most probably has rubber belts in so these have most probably perished due to age so it almost certainly will need a new set of rubber belts! This can be collected from either 1 mile from Clows Top, Near Kidderminster & Bewdley or it can be collected from East Hunsbury, Northampton, 10 mins by car from either Junction 15 or 15A of the M1. postage & Packing is also available I do NOT have any of the original cardboard packaging so a different box will be used to send this to you,
