Es wurde eine Batterie reingelegt, der Walkman hat aber leider nichts von sich gegeben, es hat sich nichts bewegt oder geleuchtet. Die Tasche hat einige Gebrauchsspuren aber meiner Meinung nach nicht viele, siehe bitte auch hier die Fotos und die Feststellschraube die an der Tasche ist um den Walkman zu befestigen ist auch noch vorhanden. An der Rückseite des Walkman wo die Feststellschraube für die Tasche reinkommt ist eine damalige feststellschraube von einer alten Tasche abgebrochen und das Gewinde steckt noch in der Schraubenaufnahme im Walkman , steht aber ca. 1-2 Millimeter heraus und kann bestimmt mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug entfernt werden, damit die Schraube von der Tasche dort hineinpasst. The King of the Sony Walkman! Here we have a very well looked after Sony Walkman WM-DD9 with original case. Excellent working condition with some but minimal wear, great for its age just check the photos. Would be up there at the top of anyones collection! Getting extremely more rare and hard to find a decent example nowadays. Ive been repairing cassette players since the early 90s and Ive never seen another DD9 in this good of condition in person. None of that I bought this brand new and its been lying in a drawer for 30 years so its in excellent condition nonsense that I normally read on other listings. If you read that chances are the internals need work even if the outside looks pretty, Ive been stung before with this! I picked this up second hand in 2001 for my personal collection because of the excellent condition, sadly being forced to sell some items so hopefully this will go to a good home. It wasnt working when I bought it but was easy to get going again with some knowhow and Ive kept it in great condition since. All the parts are original except the rubber bits (belts, rings and pinch rollers). Last week, in the knowledge Id be selling this, I gave it a decent clean and service inside and out. New high quality Moebius watch oil and grease used. Brand new belts, capstan rings and pinch rollers fitted, demagnetised and cleaned mechanism. I also retuned the wow and flutter (not that it needed much with that quartz mechanism and new belts). All the capacitors are fine and not leaking, I havent seen any leak on a DD9 in all my time doing this but I always keep an eye out for them nonetheless! The last photo is the result of this after I tested it with the WFGUI software and the 3000Hz speed calibration cassette I generally use for all my cassette players. As you can see the results are very impressive. Any questions please ask.
