This Hitachi SR 800 solid state receiver was built in 1972. It features 40 wpc into 8 ohms. It has inputs for phono, Aux, mic, speakers A and B. It has AM-FM stereo and one tape monitor. All of the controls work smoothly, and all of the lights work at they should. This unit has a great sound and in is in great condition. Some of the lettering on the front panel is worn (see photos) but still shows nicely. I unfortunately am downsizing had have to let a few of my pieces go. This was built in Tokyo Japan and retailed for $400.00.
