Selling a pair of vintage Tannoy LGM Speakers in great condition and full working order.These speakers were previously used in studio environment and have signs of cosmetic wear. Please see photos to see the condition. Tannoy LGM speakers, similarly to many other Tannoy designs, feature famous ‘Dual Concentric’ construction which means that we have two diaphragms (high and low frequency) combined in one driver and working on the same axis. Tannoy Little Gold Monitor speakers were developed with nearfield studio monitoring in mind, and recording/broadcasting studios are where most of these speakers were used. There are a few very small, (extremely minor in my opinion) scratches and slight fades in the veneer. Please take a look at the photos to decide for yourself the condition. No studio mounting holes, wax fills in the veneer, bad glue job on the cones etc Sonically, These speakers sound as they should. They were recapped a few years ago and have been serviced and made to perform within the manufacturer’s specification. They come from a non smoking home and have been handled and used with care and respect.
