As a HT preamp /processor that thing was already obsolete when it appeared on the market but the DAC section is Marks Moffats of THETA and that other stuff fame and its on the money. I used it strictly as a DAC unit and list it in DAC category for this reason although processor works as it should. Comes with copy of manual (a few pages really ), standard power cord and t remote.
