I powered it up, ran through the menus and it works fine. Put in a dvd I had made years ago with it and that worked as well. I believe this is a standard 120 hour (maybe 140?), and I believe I had lifetime service on it but I cant promise as I dont remember. All I know is this worked perfectly, only stopped using because I switched to a satellite box with DVR capabilities. Two screws are missing from the cover, not sure why I had to take the cover off or where the screws went. TOSHIBA TIVO RS-TX20 SERIES 2 DVR & DVD VIDEO RECORDER 386 HRS -READ- W/ Remotes. NOTE this TiVo has been upgraded from 120 hours to 386 hours (320GGB hdd). Fully functional with lifetime basic service included, have not tried it lately as device has been unplugged and stored for a while. Still has protective film on the front! LED display of clock is dim though. Has an extra new remote from DirecTiVo that is like new and works great. Started the system up and connected to wifi as expected, showed a listing of recordings, and checked all settings (see pictures), then did a complete reset and restart. Device should be ready for your use, has all original manuals, box, includes IR blaster for cable boxes etc. Being this is older standard definition technology, this is being sold as-is, with no returns, and no guarantee of suitability for your purposes. Will include Nero LiquidTV if you want that as well, at least for the spare remote, but without the box for shipping purposes.
