Wadia Digital 2000 Decoding Computer along with original power supply. Power supply turns on as it should and power is delivered to the Wadia 2000. I dont have a CD transport to test this completely. I believe it needs a source to initialize but please correct me if Im wrong. The unit powers up and standby light comes on. Pushing the button to move to initializing works fine and then stays there. it does not change to operational on its own. Pushing the button again moves it back to standby. These units were and still are a borderline benchmark for audiophiles. I want this to get in the right hands! PLEASE REACH OUT IF THERE ARE ANY TESTS I CAN DO ON THE UNITS TO ALEVIATE ANY CONCERN. The whole playback process is made credible because the soundspace dimensionality is tracked from CD to CD. This ability to convey a wide variety of soundspace conditions with great precision is what makes the Wadia 2000 a standout. But theres more. Since the soundstage information was recovered very aptly, the sonic imagery within it also fell into place. In some cases the vivid presentation of these born-again images was very startling. In most cases the image that materialized before the listener had a legitimate reach out and touch me validity. It was a stark and credible rendition. The Wadia 2000 really shone out outstandingly when confronted with demanding musical material.
