From these observations, it can be concluded that the reason the heater in this vacuum tube is not conducting is likely due to a disconnect between the glass envelope and the pin base. In fact, the bonding between the glass envelope and the base is slightly loose. However, when I attempted to melt the solder on the pins to separate this part, it proved to be quite difficult, and I was afraid of damaging it if I forced it, so I decided to give up on the repair. If anyone with technical skills is willing to take on the challenge, please go ahead. Of course, there may be more serious issues beyond what I have observed, and it may be irreparable.
