The Curve tracer steps the triode through 10 gate/grid voltages starting with -10 volts and going to 0 volts. The lines show how the tube conducts throughout that range. At 0 volt the tube is at max conduction and is the top line on the display. It is easy at that point to take where that top line intersects the plate voltage, find the milliamp level and compare it to the datasheet. I give those numbers for you in the Item condition box. To further help the buyer I also include the Design values, for gm and ma readings in the table. The Curve tracer steps the triode through 10 gate/grid voltages starting with -10 volts and going to 0 volts. The lines show how the tube conducts throughout that range. At 0 volt the tube is at max conduction and is the top line on the display. It is easy at that point to take where that top line intersects the plate voltage, find the milliamp level and compare it to the datasheet. I give those numbers for you in the Item condition box. To further help the buyer I also include the Design values, for gm and ma readings in the table. Offered for sale is a LOT OF 7 AMPEREX PQ 6922 TUBES GOLD PIN. I believe that they are NOS. They were in the GE boxes pictured with 6922 printed on each box.MADE IN USA is on each tube.Each tube has a 65-43 code on it. Also each tube has what I think is TL9 and 51 on it.I tested the tubes on my calibrated TV-7/U. 50 is the minimum number for a 6922 on the TV-7/U.The tubes are numbered below and each tube was put in the box with the corresponding number.The results were as follows: 1 - 94 1202 - 95 1203 - 90 1204 - 86 1205 - 81 1206 - 84 1207 - 82 120120 is the highest number on the TV-7/U meter. Some of the tubes tested above 120 for the second test.No shorts.
