HEATHKIT Williamson W-3M Tube Amplifier w/ Acrosound Ultra Linear Transformer Rare find in fantastic condition. This unit may not have been operated for much time at all. All original tubes, tested on a calibrated Hickok 600A: 6L6, 5881 and 5V4 tubes registered in the NOS range. The 6SN7s tested at 2450 of 2600, nearly new! As I do not have a variac to power up these old pieces up safely, they are being sold as-is. Comes as pictured

Acrosound 20-20 Vintage Amplifier Tube Amplifier, Low Hours, Test High Vintage Tubes aa Exception condition low hours example. Chassis is exceptionally clean with original paint retaining original gloss. Almost no scratches in metalwork painted surfaces or transformers. Has original Acrosound silkscreen on cage top. Original resistors have been replaced with vintage carbon film (same as original resistors) with two values replaced with metal film resistors. Has original Acrosound labeled vintage Amperex 12AX7 that test almost new. All tubes are tested on Amplitrex AT1000 and test results marked on each tube. Output tubes are vintage 6BQ5 that test high on Amplitrex with test results marked on each tube. Coupling caps in circuit have bee replaced with Mylar capacitors. Power supply capacitors are original. Power supply diodes are upgraded with vintage diodes. All chassis hardware is original. Amplifier is in working condition and sounds excellent. This vintage amplifier is well know for excellent sound.
