I have a Pair of Flagship ADS M15/90. These were the last of the flagship speakers that ADS built before they decided to close. The sound stage and clarity is top notch. This listing is for two ADS 206-0117 tweeters and two ADS 206-0211 mid-range speakers. One tweeter is blown. The other three speakers work, but have damage to their cones. Some have white Styrofoam stuck to the cone the other has some of the black grill cloth stuck to it. These are being sold as-is for rebuilding. Offered for your consideration is a pair of ADS part number 501-0078 two-way crossover networks removed from my ADS L690 tower speakers, USA-manufactured in 1986. These crossovers divided 8” woofers from 1” dome tweeters at 2kHz.Please see my large photos and read the remaining description to decide if these outstanding dividing networks should be yours. This pair of ADS L690 crossovers is in clean, excellent condition. The large plastic mounting plates have no cracks, chips, or scratches. They feature heavily wound copper inductors, high quality resistors and capacitors, and were recently tested to function perfectly with the factory drivers. In addition, they have sturdy +/- binding post terminals that can accommodate banana plugs, pins, and large gauge raw wire. Also, everything’s clearly marked on the boards and I neatly bound the wires for the new owner’s convenience upon delivery. Overall, these ADS crossovers are very well preserved. These are a nice find if the crossovers on your L690’s, or other suitable model, have a broken input terminal or other issue. Or, they’re ready for action in your next two-way speaker building project—the faceplates measure 4?” x 4”, would require a 3?” x 3” cabinet cutout, and the product decals appear to be removable.So, as pictured and described, this pair of ADS two-way crossover networks is offered at a competitive price.
