Akai 1720W Reel to Reel Tape Recorder Player As Pictured. Powers up, spools turn, etc - operates on Play, Rewind and Fast-Forward Wooden case with wooden cover This model features a built-in amplifier and speakers - it can also be connected to an external amplifier. It has not been tested with tape - I dont have any tapes for testing. It will need a service if you intend to use it - it will need the pinch roller and heads cleaning etc. The VU meters require a new bulb. Reasonable clean cosmetic condition.
