Both sound amazing, but the MK2 has better HDMI, bluetooth, increases from 5x50wpc to 70wpc in stereo which makes it really great for stereo listening. Plays basically everything bluray, dvd, sacd and cd. Will play Network stored files also though I never used this. Basically in as new condition with backlit original remote, power cable and manual.
