Effectively new old stock BWB Bundeswehr (German Military), testing as new for emissions and strength. An excellent opportunity to grab some of the best of the best. The BWB Siemens ECC801S is one of the best quality, low noise 12AT7 twin triode tubes of its type and sought after for audio applications These tubes were screened for audio use and low noise, and have a 10,000 hr. rated life on the heater. The ECC801S are highly rated by the tube cognoscenti, these may well be the last pair of 12AT7 tubes you will ever need to buy. New specification on AVO VCM163 is: Ia = 10mA - gm = 5.5 mA/V. Collected in the 1990s & 2000s when I had hi-fi valve amplifiers, these have been used by me for less than 6 hours and held back just in case, and only tested recently prior to sale .
