Why my current Feedback rating is not100% I’ve always had a 100% rating but two recent negativeschanged that. The first was for a delay in shipping due to my family emergency.I apologized and offered to make it right. The buyer wanted to change hisfeedback but it had been too long to do it. The second negative was overpackaging and damage to a speaker. Buyer never contacted me. I reached out andoffered a partial refund or full refund if he wanted to return it. I neverheard back.
