This Vintage Bang&Olufsen BeoGram RX-2 Record Player/Turntable #5833 with MMC-5 pickup dates to the mid-1980s and went into storage in a smoke and pet free home about 25 years ago. It has been tested by the owner (not “bench tested”) using a 33 1/3 RPM record and performed quite well. Overall, this item has a very good appearance for its age, and there are very few scratches or smudges, no hazing on the Plexiglas cover, and no other signs of usage, but there may be some slightly dusty crevices resulting from the years of storage. The original Owner’s Guide, Cleaning Brush, Limited Warranty paperwork, and Safety Instructions are included in the sale. The unit was made in Denmark. (Please see all photos.) The Record Player/Turntable measures about 17 inches wide, about 13 inches deep, about 3.25 inches high, and weighs about 13 pounds.
