Id have to agree they sound stunning with a very, very easy to listen to tonal quality and great bass for the size.The qty of 4, 5 drivers per speaker is equal to about 1, 10 woofer.So each tower has about the bass output of a 3way with a 10 bass woofer. (not a subwoofer of course as a dedicated subwoofer will have much higher x-max and a beastly amp for those 20hrz tones)Anyway these have very nice full range sound and for 99% of music no sub is going to be required, for home theater I always recommend a sub if you want the room to shake.Stereophile has a good review with measurements from Aug 1, 2013I can link here in eBay but search for it and check that review out.No Alaska, No HawaiiContiguous USA Shipping terms=These ship in two boxes. It does not affect the sound nor does it measure differently, the rubber glue there is just a bit liberally applied. There is no hole nor any audible issue, this is aesthetic only. The tweeter dome is not deformed.All other drivers have no audible and no aesthetic issues.The cabinets are still clean for their age with signs of normal use.
