I used to use cables as a sort of tone control but the Sarum just seems to let music through and you feel you are not missing anything that your cd/ streamer is playing. The sound depends on the equipment not the cable. Great, as long as you have good (not necessarily expensive) hifi. I don’t need this cable now that I no long use a streamer on my main system. The post cost is a contribution to next day delivery.

Its very rare to find these cables on the used market, but the addition of an Auralic upsampler and a change of layout resulted in different cable lengths being required. Both examples have been returned to Chord to be given a once over and theyve had their heat shrink strain reliefs replaced. Both are in excellent condition.
