Creative Zen Vision W Digital Media Player USB 2.0 SEE NOTES. This unit looks to be in very good cosmetic condition. I do not have the plug that goes with it, but I did have a plug I thought might work. It did seem to show the battery trying to charge, but after several hours, it still would not turn on and it did not look like the battery had moved any, so feel that it needs a new battery. I tried to get the battery out, but had a hard time. Watched a YouTube video and they also had a very hard time getting the back off for the battery. See all of the photos, you can see a blue light when I turn it on with the cord that I have. You can also see the battery indicator showing that it could be charging. Comes from a smoke/pet free home. FAST SHIPPING!!!

Internal speaker and headphone jack working. Havent tested any other functions. Some cracks and marks to the case, pictured. Two adjacent dead pixels in the centre of the screen. Selling as has been stuck in a drawer for a long time! The unit works fine, but the battery is exhausted, so in the absence of replacing the battery, will only work on mains using the supplied charger. Have tested the unit, by playing music on it, and connecting to my laptop and uploading new music onto the device. (The charger gets quite hot but havent had any issues -- the player has been working very well.) To sync music to the device, in the past I connected to this device on earlier versions of Windows than Windows 10. On my current, Windows 10 laptop, I will able to get the device connected by installing the software from the included Installation CD, and MyZen then appeared as a device in Windows Explorer, as shown in the last photo (it might also be possible to use legacy Windows Media Player, or other apps, to sync). Mini USB cable not included. Note the white plastic adaptor that connects the charger to the player is a little discoloured.
