This unit was purchase brand you from the Denon Website last year and used a few time for 3-4 months in my home theater.It is like new condition with no scratches or damage anywhere and it comes in its original double packaging with all the original accessories that came with. I am also including a Mini DSP microphone for better calibrations results.This unit is amazing with the best graphical and setup interface in the industry. The sound will satisfy anyones expectations.It can even handle separate calibration for four subwoofers.I am selling it since sound and music is my hobby and I upgrade a couple times a year most of my equipment .

This was my main receiver for many years. Everything works without issues.It is great condition. The photos show dust. The photos do not do it justice. Firmware will not update. If you attempt to update the firmware, the receiver will get stuck in a loop of updating and rebooting and never completing. You can simply abort this cycle by pressing the reset to factory default buttons. There is a refurbished sticker on the receiver because in 2015 I sent it to Denon for them to install a firmware update, which apparently required them to open the case.
