The Dynavector P75 mk4 offers a wide range of gain and loading adjustments via its internal jumpers. It can be adjusted to suit pretty much any moving coil or moving magnet cartridge. It also offers a unique Phono Enhancer mode designed by Dr Tominari. For the ultimate in customisation, there are solder points (unused on this example) for custom resistance and capacitance loading. I think there is a very real risk that the P75 will be overlooked on grounds of price; it’s simply too cheap to appeal to some big-spending audiophiles. But that would be a huge mistake. Buy one of these little beauties and I can guarantee that the CD player will be seeing a lot less action from then on. The Master Switch: One of the features that make the Dynavector somewhat unique is their patented Phono Enhancer option, which is particularly useful for low-output Moving Coil cartridges. To avoid using heavy technical jargon, we describe this function as a fine-tuning of the impedance loading. Dynavector P75 MKII moving coil phono stage. Fully working with its original box. Excellent condition with no marks or damage. An AC / DC converter is included. I purchased this phono stage around 2005 from Phonography that used to have a showroom in Ringwood, Hamphire. I ran it with a Linn Sondek LP12 turntable and a Densen Beat B200 pre-amplifier and a B310 power amplifier. It performed flawlessy throughout and cost 450 at the time.
