The Neutrik speakON cable connectors are the industry-standard connectors for amplifier / loudspeaker connections. They have been designed to operate in a high current, inductive load environment and feature a Quick-Lock type connection to make sure cables stay connected. Included with the speakers are a pair of adapters that would allow you to utilize a normal 1/4 speaker cable. The male end of the adapter plugs into the Neutrik port on the speakers and the other end features a female 1/4 port for a normal male speaker cable end. These PD-500 speaker cabinets feature Neo-Precision neodymium speakers designed by Celestion for superior musical performance and decreased weight. The Neo-Precision speaker design features 2 - 8 woofers, with one titanium compression driver and one horn per cabinet. They sound great and are a perfect replacement to your Passport system or as stand alone speakers.
