This is a really great sounding speaker! Like a good old pair of shoes that have been broken in, this speaker is very responsive and has a really nice punchy detailed tone. In good used working condition, no rips or tears in the cone. This was originally from an early 90s Fender Chorus 2x12 amp. There is a bit of dust and black spray paint, but nothing that affects the sound or integrity of the speaker in any way. I recently had this speaker installed in one of my Fender Champ 5F1 builds. It sounds absolutely amazing, every bit as good as a stock original speaker, and a nearly identical production from Jensen as well, in the same era (late 50s). It has zero buzz, coil rub, or any other kind of undesirable noise. It sounds leagues better than any modern reproduction 6 speaker for a Champ, imho.
