This unit came from a radio repairmans estate. I was able to tune in several stations on AM. FM only gets static. Antenna wire is broken. The dial indicator sticks. AC cord was replaced, but theres no plug. Tuner is sold as is for parts or restoration.

Brand: Fisher Model: 800C Type: Receiver This estate unit was installed in a console cabinet. It was unused for many years. It powered up initially, but after a week or so when it was powered up again, the fuse blew. The tubes have been removed and are available separately. This unit includes all the other parts. Since it was installed in a large console, it does not have a cabinet. The metal insert on one knob has come loose and needs to be glued back on. The knobs, aluminum front panel, and manual are included. The antenna on the back is still wired in and the metal flip out bracket is attached, but it seems like there should be a piece to mount the antenna to that bracket. A short power cord is included, which was plugged into a power socket inside the console. This item is sold as-is, untested, as shown.
