Vintage Sansui FR-D35 Automatic Direct-Drive Turntable Record Player Works READ.This plays but the needle started drifting towards the center when playing a record, it is missing a foot so that could be the issue.Please see pictures, its MISSING the right rear hinge for lid, lid has decent scratches on it, but no cracks that I can see.

Great looking and sounding Sansui FR-D3 retro turntable - in black, which was a rare colour for the day. Sounds great, easy to use. Auto return and shut-off! In terrific condition for age. All features work. Lid very good (see photos), some oxidisation to front escutcheon. Black finish very very good. Includes fresh print of original instructions. Cartridge is original, with a more recent stylus fitted at some stage. Read on... Emphasis on extremely accurate platter speed and long-life reliability is a Sansui hallmark. Sansui uses much the same high-technology drive designs in all models, whatever the price.
