FOR PARTS or TO FIX. Preowned, there is wear on the case but nothing is physically broken, dials/switches, antenna all look to be in place. Battery compartment is relatively clean, comes with a memory card installed (cannot say if it is good). Requires 2 AA batteries, not included. Scanner powers on but doesnt seem to load/error message - maybe an issue with the memory card? I do not know what the issue is, again nothing looks physically broken from the outside but ultimately SOLD AS-IS. Perhaps best for more exxperienced individuals. Please see pictures for details.
