This item was brand new but had a factory defective on the board affecting two capacitors. The capacitors were replaced by a certified electrical engineer. As a result it spent time in multiple warehouses and suffered some cosmetic damage to the box and the grill. It was tested and runs flawlessly. If you would like a video of it operating before buying let me know and I will be happy to oblige. The sub will ship in its factory box. Minus the cosmetic damage to the box and grill, the hardware itself is in like new condition. The price reflects the imperfections and the grill having been epoxy repaired.
