U-Matic was a 1970s/80s professional video format that was used by local TV stations and Advertising agencies. The 8 tapes contain two BBC Open University programmes from 1978, four Sony video production training programmes from 1977, a show reel from 1984 and a computer graphics company showreel from 1987. I have tested the playback of the included tapes and everything works great. Just add your own power lead (kettle type) and BNC video out lead and the usual audio out leads.
